Day 187 of 366: Fostering Collaboration with Teachers presentation for MEMO Summer Leadership Conference

This is the session I was originally invited to do. I added on the Horizon presentation that I highlighted in my last two posts.  I tried, but couldn’t, make this a research based talk. Instead, I decided it would fit best as a conversation about what I’ve done as a coach and collaborator with the teachers with whom I have worked.  Over the past four years, I have developed some wonderful relationships- both working and personal- with my fellow educators. I tried to capture some of my techniques in this presentation. I also plan to add a back channel discussion, which may or may not work in this situate. I am excited for tomorrow and to see how this works out.

P.S. Since I would be sharing this on SlideShare, many of my “transitions” happen between slides, rather than within one slide. It shows up better in the embedded format.
