Day 316 of 366: Reestablishing my Diigo Weekly Updates

It has been quite a while since I had my Diigo links automated to post on the blog. It is one of the steps in my digital footprint that I did not fix when transitioning from 192TIS. I still use Diigo quite a bit to store good links no always intend to go back and clean up my tags, explore the new sites, and use this tool better. For now, though, I like knowing that I do have most of my links in one place- even if that place is a mess.

When I started the 366 blog, I tried to link my Diigo directly. I found that it wouldn’t work using just the Diigo tool. So, I found a work around. I use Diigo tools to post weekly updates to a Blogger blog that simply exists as a middle step. I use if this than that (ifttt.com) to auto post anything on that Blogger page to my Edublogs 366. That way, I don’t have to worry about remembering to process the links.

I am glad that I have this reestablished. Now, though, ifttt.com is down for maintenance. How long do you think it will be before my ifttt.com recipe autoposts my blog to Twitter?

It is ironic to me that the day I set this up again is the first time I have seen ifttt.com down in quite a while!

Do you use ifttt.com? What is your favorite recipe?
