It has to be possible: automatic form requirement

Our school has Mac computers and a generic student login that all students share. We have a paper sign-in for computer use in the media center (and on our laptop carts). While most students do sign in, I don’t feel that it’s a solid record keeping format. If we needed to look back at usage at a certain time, we would dig through sheets of paper to find the user. IF the student signed in. Sometimes when it is busy, or when an entire class is in, we don’t always get each student name.

What I would love is a simple Google Form that would appear after the screen saver was woken. It would have a spot for student name and class/assignment. If students were honest, we would get much better sortable, searchable data about who was using which computer. I can make a form, but when it was completed, I’d love for it to automatically go back to the district or media center page.

I did some investigation tonight to see if any of these features are possible. I am still looking.
