Day 170 of 366: Excel Session for #SORLA is Ready (Mostly)

I have the elements that I think I will present at the Excel Beyond Excel Cells SORLA workshop on Wednesday. Planning for an “Advanced” Excel class is the hardest of any course I have prepped for. There’s usually common ground (and things to learn) in any session, from iPads to SMART Boards. Even those with experience can learn something new. The tough part of this session is I really, really don’t know what my participants will come in with. I hope that I can hit them at all levels! If the group does come in with the prerequisites, I may be able to get through the information below. If not? Then I’m prepared for the next class! We shall see.

Tomorrow, though, I need to run through these on the Mac. There’s enough of a difference, and it’s been long enough since I worked with Excel off of a PC, that I want to be sure I know where everything is!

If there was one very important thing, simple or not, that every Excel user needed to know, what would it be?
