Sometimes a person needs a day off from deep thinking. I have a budget to do for work, invites to send for the ITEM April 8th event, and so much more around the house. The news makes my head and heart ache for our nation. So, I did a bit of cleaning today. I cuddled with my kids. I worked on my daughter’s big-girl quilt. My son’s laughter brightened my night.
Tonight’s post shows no learning and has no insight to share. But, sometimes we need that day off.

I make oversized fleece blankets. I’m on a roll and have made 6 for gifts already since January.
